Q: What do I need to get started?
A: Simple! Fill out our online application. Sign and return the check processing agreement with a copy of your picture ID and you can be activated - SAME DAY.
Q: We print our own checks. Can Paybyweb just do the postcard mailing or live bank verification?
A: Absolutely. Many businesses use Paybyweb to provide only the verification or postcards.
Q: What is the postcard mailing for?
A: Postcard notification complies with Federal Law with regards to the Telemarketing Sales Rule. It also serves as a reminder to your customers that a check will be presented against their accout.
Q: Why should I use Paybyweb when I can print my own checks?
A: Yes, you can print your own checks. You can also dry clean your own clothes, groom your own pets, and wash your own car. Many companies prefer using a service dedicated to providing this service. We have already invested in all of the equipment, MICR tonors/fonts, printers, check stock. Most companies don't want to make a big investment in order to print drafts. Besides, we do it better!
